Shipping Policy

Shipping is included on all Fortessa orders placed through Costco Next!

Currently, we can only accept orders that will be shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Note: Larger orders may take longer to process.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. You’ll receive a second email from us at the time your order is shipped, which will contain tracking information for all items in your order.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to Fortessa Tableware Solutions, LLC at any time up to 90 days after the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1.800.296.7508, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, or by email at CustomerCare@fortessa.com. You’ll be given a Return Authorization Number, which will need to be included in your return shipment.
